The tour was led by Founder and Director Lyndon Worrall who is quite simply an extraordinary person. A private discussion session with Helen Zilla, white, female leader of the opposition party was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Her passion and hope for her country was inspirational. Lyndon's mentorship, and the trip itself, helped me make an important transition in both my personal and professional lives and the memories, friends and learnings will stay with me for the rest of my life. An odd one being that the area of Cape Town is one of the world's seven floral kingdoms!! "Thanks for looking after us, it was a superb elective. The schedule was jam packed, but every single executive we met was top quality and gave a great perspective on the subject we were studying. I think the alumni interaction was also extremely valuable. You briefed speakers well on the subject and nature of the group, everyone had prepared well for speaking to us (apart from Raymond, but he's absolutely allowed to just drift in and ad lib .... what a great visit that was, truly one to remember). Thanks very much for such a great trip which I thoroughly enjoyed. The trip was extremely well organised allowing us to get so much done in such a short timeframe. I think the Beijing ball was the icing on the cake, among the many highlights. It's fair to say we burnt the candle at both ends, in the middle and anywhere else possible!!
